Payment Options
In Network Insurance Coverage
Emily Areinoff, and Laura Frizelle, Occupational Therapists and Nicole Allen, Speech-Language Pathologist are an in network providers for:
Health Net Federal Services/Tricare
All other insurance carriers for OT and speech therapy will be out of network.
IN NETWORK: it is the beneficiary's responsibility to understand their Deductible and Co-Pay agreement with Tricare. Payment is due at time of reimbursement from Tricare or by contacting our office to pay on the day of service.
Tricare insurance evaluation
Out of Network Coverage
We are out of network for all other insurance providers. We do not bill out of network insurance but are able, upon request, to provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement. Calling your insurance plan and asking about out of network coverage for Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy services will help you understand what benefits you may be entitled to.
For our Private Pay & ESA clients
We offer 5 different Packages of Support with generous discounts, as well as a "Pay as you Go" option at full price. After the evaluation, a Plan of Care will be recommended. Our office manager, Lisa will be in contact with you to discuss payment plans.

Assistive and Augmentative Communication (AAC) Device Programming & Consultation
Parent Coaching
DIR/Floortime Home Video Review and Coaching
IEP or other team meeting attendance
Phone consultations (Billed in 15 min increments for calls over 15 min)
School or Community Observations or Sessions.
Empowerment Scholarship Account
We are a registered provider with Class Wallet. Evaluations, therapies, and special programming can be charged at the full price with the 2.5% processing fee to be paid by the client. Proof of payment submitted to Class Wallet must be emailed within 48 hours of service to lisa@otmoontherapy.com to ensure your account is in good standing.
ESA & Tricare Beneficiaries:
If you both a Tricare and ESA beneficiary, you are responsible for deductibles and copays at the time of reimbursement from Health Net Services/Tricare.
Over the Moon will take payment directly from your card on file and send you a receipt of payment. You will be able to submit for reimbursement from ESA on your own.
Health Service Account:
If you have HSA, you are able to register the HSA card in our system. The card is registered as a standard credit/ debit card. Payment will follow the Package of Support or "Pay as you Go" option.
